Her experience includes coordinating schedules and meetings, preparing professional correspondence, maintaining confidential records, supporting financial administration, and managing CRM and enterprise systems. At CARSA, she supports program planning, stakeholder communication, event administration, participant records, reporting, and the coordinated delivery of the Academy’s lectures, conferences, awards, fellowships, and other initiatives.

Short Bio: Adam Kouyate is an ESG and sustainability professional with more than 15 years of experience across mining, agro-industrial operations, and certified commodity sectors in West Africa. He currently leads social performance and ESG functions at Société des Mines de Lafigué, part of Endeavour Mining. His expertise includes sustainability risk management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, social-investment oversight, monitoring and evaluation, and environmental and social management systems. Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English, he supports CARSA’s bilingual programming, Francophone engagement, stakeholder communications, international partnerships, and delivery of English- and French-language initiatives.

Short Bio: Anjana Veluthattu Narayanan is a civil engineering technician with experience in construction design, drafting, estimating, site supervision, technical support, and operational coordination. She studied Construction Engineering Technology at Algonquin College and Civil Engineering at TPTC Government College. Her technical capabilities include AutoCAD, Revit, QGIS, quantity take-offs, surveying, cost estimation, construction documentation, and quality control. At CARSA, she coordinates the technical and operational delivery of virtual programs, conducts pre-event technical checks, manages presentation and conferencing systems, assists speakers and participants, and supports the effective delivery of lectures, conferences, hackathons, awards, and fellowship activities.

Short Bio: Obiageli Udekwu is an administrative and operations professional with experience in clean energy, public health, business analysis, event planning, and executive support. She currently supports office, human-resources, financial, and leadership operations at Moment Energy. Her background includes operational reporting, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, employee onboarding, and program delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy from Babcock University and certifications in Six Sigma, sustainability management, business intelligence, and data analysis. At CARSA, she coordinates program workflows, operational planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and the timely execution of institutional activities.

Short Bio: Yassine Boumhaoud is an educational-support and youth-engagement professional with extensive experience working with children and young people in school, after-school, and recreational settings. His background includes student support, special-needs assistance, behaviour management, activity planning, and the delivery of educational and recreational programs. He has worked with the French School Louis Massignon and other learning and leisure organizations in Casablanca. Fluent in French with working proficiency in English, Yassine supports CARSA’s youth outreach, community initiatives, educational events, participant coordination, and French-language engagement while helping create safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environments.

Short Bio: Oluwateniola Esther is an administrative and digital-support professional experienced in virtual assistance, documentation, research, records management, project coordination, and social-media administration. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Ibadan. Her experience includes supporting nonprofit, educational, and faith-based organizations through scheduling, reporting, event coordination, file management, content development, and team communication. At CARSA, she provides office and administrative support, maintains organized records and workflows, assists with correspondence and documentation, and supports the Academy’s digital communications, meetings, programs, and day-to-day administrative activities.
